Our Fall Distance Program is a 14-week half marathon training group that will have options for both beginners and seasoned runners.
Fall Distance Half Marathon Training is a 14-week run program to train runners of all ability levels to successfully complete the Spokane Half & Full Marathon on October 14, 2018. You may have a different race in mind and we'd love to help you train for that as well. Whether it's your first or fifteenth long distance event, we promise you will learn new things, meet new people, and have fun along the way to meeting your goals! Training begins July 11th, 2018.
SUMMER GROUPS INFO NIGHT - We will be hosting an informational meeting for all of our Summer or Summer-starting programs on Thursday May, 10th at 6pm at Fleet Feet Sports Spokane, 1315 W Summit Parkway. Meet the coaches, find out what we are offering and ask your questions! Hope to see you there!
PREREQUISITE TO JOIN: Be able to comfortably run 3 miles for the HALF and 5 miles for the FULL at a 15 min per mile pace or faster. Our first long run will begin around 3 miles. This pace requirement will help ensure you that you will be able to finish a half marathon before the close of most courses.
WHEN: Weekly training runs will be on Wednesdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 8:00am.
WHERE: The group meets at Fleet Feet Sports Spokane at 1315 W Summit Pkwy, Spokane, Kendall Yards

Fall Distance Half & Full Marathon Training participants will receive:
•A 14-week training program and workout log via Training Peaks
•Coach/Mentored weekly training sessions
•Access to coaches/mentors via email during the week
•Specific in-store discounts throughout the program.
•Informational clinics on proper footwear, injury prevention, nutrition, running form, race tactics and more
•Dedicated support from your coach/mentor to answer individual questions
•The camaraderie of others with the same goal!
