Bloomsday 12K Training Group


Bloomsday Training is a 8-week performance-based program to progress your running form and efficiency to successfully complete the Bloomsday 12K race with a new PR in mind. The program is open to all runners and run/walkers who are looking to get stronger, better and faster.  Whether it's your first or fifteenth time, we will meet your training needs. 

An informational night is scheduled for March 5th at 7:00 p.m. in the Fleet Feet Sports store at 1303 N. Washington Ave. Training begins March 11th, 2015.

WHEN: Weekly training runs will be Wednesdays at 5:30pm on and Saturdays 8:30am.

WHERE: The group meets at Fleet Feet Sports Spokane at 1303 N. Washington Ave.

PROGRAM COST: $69 + tax on or before 3/11, $79 + tax After (Race entry is not included)

Bloomsday Training participants will receive:

**An 8-week training program and calendar with workouts provided

**Coach-guided weekly training sessions

**Access to coaches/mentors via email during the week

**Informational clinics on proper footwear, injury prevention, nutrition, running form, and more

**Dedicated support from your coach/mentor to answer individual questions

**The camaraderie of others with the same goal!
