Beginner Run/Walk

No Boundaries Beginner 5K (3.1 miles):  Award-winning, beginner-level 5K Training Program designed for beginner runners and those who are inactive to minimally active.  12 week program designed to help you run or walk your first 5K.  Offered three times each year starting in:

  • January
  • May
  • Sept

No Boundaries II 5K Training (3.1 miles):  Designed for No Boundaries graduates this program will challenge participants to reach faster 5K times.  Track and hill work will be added to the traditional 5K schedule to give participants the next step in training.  Offered two times this year starting in:

  • May
  • Sept

10K (6.2 miles): A great next step program for those that have completed our No Boundaries program or can comfortably run 3 miles at the start of the program.  Offered twice this year starting in:

  • June

Trail Run 10k:

Advanced Running

Summer Speed Series:  Early morning speed and strength sessions with drill work included to help runners get faster, stronger and more agile.  Designed for anyone who can comfortably run 5 miles in less than 60 minutes.  Offered once this year starting in:

  • June

Half-Marathon (13.1 miles):  Designed for runners who can comfortably run 5 miles in less than 60 minutes.  The combination of speed and long-distance training in this program will prepare you for a successful first half marathon.  Offered twice this year starting in:

  • January
  • July

Marathon (26.2 miles):  Go the full distance! Designed for runners who have recently completed a half marathon and are ready to take on the next challenge.  Offered once this year starting in:

  • June

Beginner Triathlon

Tri4Women: 12 week, women-only beginner-level triathlon training program, designed to help you complete the Ramblin’ Rose Women-Only triathlon in August.  Offered once this year starting in
