Walk Fit More Info »

Program Start: Wednesday, January 18th @ 5:30pm
Program Schedule: Weekly walks will be at 5:30pm on Wednesdays and 9:00am on Saturdays
Program Fee: $30+tax
Description: Walk FIT is a 4-week walking/running program designed to help you take the first steps to getting healthy by walking. The program includes a safe, guided training plan designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment.

No Boundaries 5k Training More Info »

Program Start: Saturday, February 18th @ 8:30am
Program Schedule: Weekly training runs will be at 5:30pm on Tuesdays and 8:30am on Saturdays
Goal Race: Susan G. Komen - Race For The Cure 5k
Program Fee: $69+tax (excluding race fee)
Description: Focuses on beginners, but welcome to all levels of walkers and runners. Structured to help you cross the finish line of your first race in just 10 weeks!

Spring Distance Training Group More Info »

Program Start: Wednesday, March 8th @ 5:30pm
Program Schedule: Weekly training runs will be on Wednesdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 8:00am
Goal Race: Coeur d'Alene Half Marathon
Program Fee: $100+tax (excluding race fee)
Description: Take the next step and join us in training for the Coeur d'Alene Half Marathon on May 28, 2017. This 12-week program will help beginner to intermediate runners successfully complete this or any half marathon this coming year.

Program Schedule: 2 hour training session available twice a year
