Fleet Feet Sports Spokane is excited to offer this quality-based training program for athletes preparing for the CDA Half Ironman in June 2016. We look forward to training with you in this two phase training program. Each 16-week phase is designed to help you develop your fitness base, build strength and speed, and finish with specific distance endurance training. Each sessions will be coached by Wade Pannell and mentored by experienced 70.3 and IM distance athletes. Their expertise, coupled with your hard work, will help guide you to a strong finish whether it’s your first time completing the 70.3 distance or you are targeting an age group PR. We will be accepting $25 non-refundable reservation deposit for each group with balance due 30 days prior to group start.

Join our Winter Warrior social run program. Attend group runs, themed runs and events. You'll earn points along the way. Based on the number of points you've earned at the end of the program you will receive various running items. We'll track your points through Fitvil and post standings at the end of the program.

Stronger Runner is a Circuit Training based program with adaptations for individual capabilities and fitness levels. Our team of coaches will incorporate running drills, running form education, core and lower body strengthening exercises, whole body strength training through TRX suspension training, and more to get your ready for a strong spring season. You will also receive a weekly training plan to incorporate into your fitness plan outside of the Monday group workouts.

Program Schedule: !0 weeks, Tuesdays at 5:30pm & Saturdays at 8:30am
Program Fee: $85 Early Bird / $100 after session start
Description: No Boundaries is a 10-week beginners training program structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K. No Boundaries 2 is for those participants who have completed No Boundaries and would like to improve their fitness and cross the finish line faster than before. In our current session, we will be training to race the Jingle Bell 5k in Riverfront Park on December 5th, 2015. Our next session will begin in February 2016 to prepare for Race For The Cure 5k.
The next Mentor Training will be Saturday, January 16, 2016, 4-6pm
2 hour training session available twice a year
