Program Start: Winter Base Session: November 16, 2015....... Event Training Session: March 7, 2016.
Program Schedule: Each Session is 16 weeks.
Goal Race: Ironman 70.3 Coeur d Alene on June 26, 2016
Program Fee: $195 plus tax per session
Description: Fleet Feet Sports Spokane is excited to offer this quality-based training program for athletes preparing for the CDA Half Ironman in June 2016. We look forward to training with you in this two phase training program. Each 16-week phase is designed to help you develop your fitness base, build strength and speed, and finish with specific distance endurance training. Each sessions will be coached by Wade Pannell and mentored by experienced 70.3 and IM distance athletes. Their expertise, coupled with your hard work, will help guide you to a strong finish whether it’s your first time completing the 70.3 distance or you are targeting an age group PR. We will be accepting $25 non-refundable reservation deposit for each group with balance due 30 days prior to group start.

Winter Warriors More Info »

Program Start: November 27, 2015 at our Annual Pancake Run
Program Schedule: 11 Weeks
Program Fee: $25 plus sales tax
Description: Join our Winter Warrior social run program. Attend group runs, themed runs and events. You'll earn points along the way. Based on the number of points you've earned at the end of the program you will receive various running items. We'll track your points through Fitvil and post standings at the end of the program. FOR: Walkers AND runners, exercise beginners and exercise fiends. We want everyone to stay active this winter. INCLUDES: 11 weeks of point-eligible social runs, educational seminars and themed runs. Kick-off run - Our Annual Black Friday Pancake Run on November 27, 2015 at 8:30am at Fleet Feet Sports Spokane. Prizes from water bottles to shirts and much more... Qualifies you to accumulate points through out the duration of Winter Warriors. Fabulous people to workout with and commiserate with on the winter weather The program is based on the amount of points accrued by participating in group runs, themed runs and seminars.

No Boundaries 5k Training More Info »

Program Start: Tuesday, February 16, 2016
Program Schedule: 10 weeks, Tuesdays at 5:30pm & Saturdays at 8:30am
Goal Race: Race For The Cure 5k, Spokane
Program Fee: $69 Early Bird / $89 after 2/11/16, excludes race fee
Description: No Boundaries is a 10-week beginners training program structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K. No Boundaries 2 is for those participants who have completed No Boundaries and would like to improve their fitness and cross the finish line faster than before. In our current session, we will be training to race the Race For The Cure 5k in Downtown Spokane on April 24th, 2016. Our next session will begin in February 16, 2016 to prepare for Race For The Cure 5k.
