The Stronger Runner Training Group is a 10 week indoor winter program that will meet inside our Fleet Feet Training Center downtown twice a week.
Stronger Runner is a Circuit Training based program with adaptations for individual capabilities and fitness levels. We will incorporate running drills, running form education, core and lower body strengthening exercises, whole body strength training through TRX suspension training, and more. This session will be coached by Wade Pannell, Jenny Van Cott, Nicole Lund and Julie Pannell.
Be prepared to challenge your body in new exercises and workouts that will give your indoor training purpose for your 2015 race season. Spend your winter months becoming a Stronger Runner!
